I've been having 12 years of experience being a pastry chef, my first country where I work is Saudi Arabia. I've been working there for 5 years as a kitchen line leader. After that I decided to work in Cyprus for 5 years in catering service as a position of Chef De Partie .then in Croatia as Pastry chef for 1 year and 6 months and the last is I transfer same country of Croatia as seasonal job the position of Head Pastry Chef.

Overseeing the entire pastry section of a kitchen, including menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, and staff management. I ensure high quality and consistency in all pastry items, manage inventory, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
