As a Production Worker i am responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on production lines, and monitoring the process. In addition, i carry out basic quality checks such as testing of product or packaging before shipping and distribute by adequately storing all necessary supplies.i have knowledge operating heavy equipment such as forklift and payloader and i able to lift 40kg if needed,flexible in anytime of duty.and follow the rules and regulations of the company.

Operating mixing machine for accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.Scheduling allocating of trucks to corresponding and designated jobs,Managing the day to day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant including accurate stock control, monitoring & recording,Managing day to day activities including the overseeing, supervision & management of production staff,General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance Accurately Slump Concrete,Customer service focus,Ability to work independently but focus in the task.
Able to produce on-time & in-spec concrete for the customer.
Prints out delivery tickets on each truck/load and file,And able to operate plant controls and programs
Responsible for daily inspection of facilities, do necessary repairs and will complete maintenance checklist
Must be available to work days, nights and Saturdays if needed.
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA,and company policies
Keeping an accurate inventory of cement,admixtures, aggregates.
Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives)Load aggregate material into batch plants.
Batch concrete by its mix design and give the correct and good mix,Preparing Concrete Forms,Operating Equipment to move and handle concrete.Consolidating,Vibrating Concrete,Cutting and placing Rebar Wire,Finishing Concrete.Removing finished product from moulds.Maintaining and inspecting equipment.Inspecting product throughout the process.Clean the area after the work.
