Description
Your range of tasks:
• Supervision of development projects including data maintenance in the OEM's B2B portals
• Supplier development and support during the project phase
• Complaints management for affected customers and suppliers: Monitoring and implementation of agreed remedial measures as well as testing for effectiveness, including organization and support of sorting actions
• Elaboration of improvement, corrective and preventive measures during production development
• Definition of quality requirements and planning of quality assurance measures and Supplier tracking
• Uncovering potential for optimization of the product and process, internally and externally
• Definition of special measures to maintain the ability to deliver and, if necessary, coordination with the customer during the project phase
• Development and implementation of quality assurance standards for later transfer to Product Quality
• Implementation of regular product and internal process audits as well as support for external (customer
)Audits and inspections
• Technical authority to issue directives and make decisions regarding the quality criteria of the products serviced during the
Project phase, definition of special / critical quality characteristics and their monitoring
• Overseeing the measurement system analysis, process capability and statistical process control
• Participation in the P-FMEA and creation of the production control plan including implementation in the
production
• Creation of QM test plans, QM test instructions and QM test flow plans as part of the
advanced quality planning
• Test equipment planning (measuring and gauge concept)
• Examination of specifications and standards regarding (customer-specific) quality requirements incl.
feasibility studies
• Planning and implementation or support of various material tests in the laboratory and the

Your skills:
• Engineer or technician training as well as further qualification in the QM area or comparable
Knowledge through relevant professional experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing technology, product structure (project-specific) and methods of
Advanced quality planning (e.g. VDA)
• Experience in using quality tools (e.g. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, maturity model, APQP,
FMEA, SPC) as well as quality knowledge of processes (IATF and customer-specific)
• Solid knowledge of German and English
