IT manager (m/f/d) IT infrastructure and applications

Your tasks
• Monitoring of the day-to-day operation of the computer, network and server infrastructure
• Collaborate with the ERP support provider to resolve issues and develop
extensions
• Coordination of the IT infrastructure with the current and future requirements and goals of the company
• Management of IT budgets, forecasting and enforcement of cost efficiencies
• Risk assessment, development of network recovery and backup processes
• Evaluation and purchase of new and replacement hardware
• Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems for effective operation
• Provision and monitoring of the telecommunications systems for the Waldenburg site
Your profile
• Successfully completed studies in computer science / business informatics or a comparable one
Education
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position in an industrial company, im
IT service environment
• Willingness to actively participate in the training of young people; IT specialist/system integration
• You have experience with the administration of Microsoft Windows servers, virtualization technologies,
preferably VMWare SQL databases, preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, Veeam backup software
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Occasional travel within Regal Rexnord Corporation
• Strategic thinking, cost and quality awareness as well as comprehensive process understanding
• Very good knowledge of English therefore mandatory for communication/correspondence Additional information:

• Department reports to Daniel de Castino in Spain
• IT in Europe, 25 employees, IT manager based in northern Germany
• These report to the European IT manager. Based in Spain (Spanish, speaks English)
